Social Strategy & Editorial Campaign


Re-launched Jibo’s social channels to prepare to serve as awareness, engagement and sales channels beginning in Q3 2017. Our challenges began with a frustrated early adopter base as a result of product delays. Our plan was to work with our Measurement & Analytics team to develop target buyer personas. We then developed a social media playbook to guide channel best practices and content creation with a unified brand voice and look & feel. Finally, leveraging both in-house and outside video and photography studio capabilities to power social and advertising content. Our four social content pillars were, highlighting Jibo's character, sharing details about the latest news from Jibo Inc., provide educational content around Jibo and share reactive content around holidays, trending topics, memes and more.
